If you hold an active California smog station license, your station already has a free page on Smog Guide, built from the state license file.
What your page shows
Your license number, station type, STAR status, address and the date your license was first issued come straight from the state. Hours, phone and review counts come from public listings. Drivers see how long you have been licensed, because that is how city pages are sorted.
Fix or add details
Use the form below to send a correction. Tell us your license number so we can match it to the state record. We change hours, phone, services and languages spoken. We do not change license facts, because those come from the state.
Remove a detail
If you want your phone number or hours taken off, send the same form and say so. Your license record stays listed, because it is a public state record and drivers use it to check that a station is licensed.
